My name is Dora Kirsh, and I am a recent graduate from Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Interior Design along with a minor in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I came to SCAD to learn how to be a great Interior Designer. I knew from a young age I wanted to enter the design world; all of my experiences leading to this point proved that I am in the right place. Through my dedicated work ethic and passion for design, I bring creative and innovative solutions to all projects. I am motivated and hard-working, always putting my best work forward to succeed and constantly wanting to learn something new.

I spent the last year as an Interior Design intern with Walt Disney Imagineering where I successfully learned design principles, client communication, material selection, project management, and more, which enhanced my ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors. These experiences taught me the importance of attention to detail, time management, and communication. Along with working for WDI, I have also had the privilege of interning with National Office Systems and KLO Interiors to broaden my experience within different design diciplines.

My portfolio website’s purpose is to show examples of my skills like rendering by hand and digitally, use of Photoshop, and research for projects.
